Dear Lord In this special season we pray that you hear our prayer. Over 2000 years ago on a dark and quiet night, some shepherds were relaxing around their small fire after a hard day caring for their flock. Suddenly the sky was filled with Your angels celebrating the birth of Your son, their Savior, the Savior for all of men. The shepherds never anticipated the miracle celebration You unfolded around them that night. Their initial fear turned to awe, and their hearts were opened with the knowledge You blessed them with. They put aside their chores and life to go pay honor to their newly born King. Today the world has forgotten why we celebrate Christmas. Most men have no time for You or the precious gift of Your Son. We find the time to party and share gifts, but we almost never share the real gift of Christmas. This Christmas season we reach out to You for Your help to once again open the hearts of men about Your Son Jesus Christ. We pray that many men will see through the blindness of a material Christmas, and come to know the precious love of Jesus Christ, the most perfect gift they can ever receive. May the Lord of Christmas, Jesus Christ, become a palpable presence in our lives for the greater good of all of us! Dwelling on the words "God made man" is awesome and powerful. Our hearts and minds fill with joy and expectation as we welcome the recollection of the birth of Christ each year. Joy to the world sums up our gratitude for so awsome a God, who equated himself to us individually and collectively. Praise and honor is a small return for so much love and sacrifice. Heavenly Father, i bring this prayer group to you asking your favor and strength in this christmas season help us Lordshaire your eyes with us so that we will see those who have nothing the same things we take for granted like water a warm home food on the table , let your spirit speak to our harts Lord to go out and find one of the those who have nothing and invite them in this christmas season and share a hot meaj with them at our dinner table and take this wounderful oppertunity to share your love with them help us Lord not too pass them by on the streets offer to take them out to Lunch pay there gass or bring to them blanketsplease in the sweet name of Jesus please don,t allow us to just walk by that could have been us , help us to remeber how we oncewas when Jesus found usin Jesus name A-------------Men Father in Heaven LORD & my God:thank You for sending Jesus to us:help us,in this time, to do as You told us to:care for the sick,impovished,homeless,& hurt.we do love You, because You first Loved us:You Said, in Jeremiah that You are The God of all flesh:nothing is too hard for You; we trust You, in this. thank You, ABBA.in Jesus Name, amen Amen
